i have the original document, it is 33 pages i believe. i have
made one copy for one person who joined salient lock-up
through a mutual friend. he is a lovely person, and i am glad he
requested a copy.
the reason i can't give it to anyone is that it costs over $30 to
print and i have never asked anyone pay that.
if you are interested i can make a copy for you if you pay for
the printing.
